Hi, I'm Caitlin, and I'm so glad you're here.
Starting therapy can feel like a lot, regardless of if it’s your first time or you’re starting with someone new. I’m here to help it feel a little less “big.” Working with me feels like the comfort of being with an old friend, without the worry of taking up too much space - we will laugh, we will joke around, but we will also talk about the hard things. The deep things that influence who you are and what you believe. The things that are keeping you stuck in the same problematic patterns. And I’ll give you feedback to help you shift what is no longer helping you cultivate the life or relationships that you want.
I’m a more direct therapist, with a holistic approach. Our bodies matter just as much as our minds and our connection to others is fundamental to our well-being. I work to understand both you

and your partner's experiences and I give you practical things to try in between sessions to start changing those experiences. And if those things are not working like we thought? We try something else.
I will help you understand your reactions, increase your capacity for big emotions, and practice showing your full self in your relationships. I will help you separate yourself and your emotions from other people so you can have connection while also having boundaries.
I work best with people who are ready to look deeper into themselves to understand why they do the things they do. People who are open to leaning into vulnerability and shifting how they interact in their relationships. Couples who remember looking forward to seeing each other at the end of their day.Women who want to take up more space. Moms who know they can feel enjoyment in motherhood.
As a mom and a wife, I know how hard things can feel when we aren’t intentional with our time and how we connect to ourself and others. As someone with chronic illnesses, I know how hard having the energy to be intentional is. I’m here to help you make space for intentionality so that you can enjoy your life again.
